The Pocono Raceway has long been recognized as one of NASCAR’s most competitive speedways. Pocono’s unique 2.5 mile track features three turns, each with its own degree of banking and three straights. This combination produces fender-to-fender action in the turns and 200mph slingshots on the long straights with photo finishes!
Itinerary
2:00 am Board coach at the St. Laurent Mall (In front of East Side Mario’s)
2:30 am Board coach at Queensway Tours Office (1516 Merivale Rd)
We ask everyone to be at your respective pick up point 15 minutes prior to departure.
Stop at US Customs
Enjoy a mid-morning break before we reach the track
9:30 am Approximate arrival time at the Pocono Raceway
12:30 pm Driver Introductions
1:00 pm Pennsylvania 500 begins
4:30 pm Approximate departure after the race
Comfort stop on the way home Canada border crossing
12:00 – Approximate arrival time back in Ottawa depending on
2:00am when the race is over and Canada Customs.
Note:
- There is no smoking permitted on the coach.
- The seat behind the driver is reserved for McCoy Personnel only.
- A Valid passport is required to enter USA. If you fail to have proper ID and are denied access to the USA, you will be left at the border and no refund will be issued.
- Your Tour Escort and Tour Driver are experienced professionals please feel free to show your appreciation of a job well done.
- Race times have not yet been finalized by NASCAR and are subject to change.

Rainout Policy:
If a race is delayed for rain or any other reason, we will remain at the race until it restarts. If the Cup Race is postponed to a following date Queensway Tours/ McCoy Tours will be unable to return for the race. McCoy Tours will be unable to provide refunds for any unseen event(s).
Reservation Requirements:
Full payment is due at time of booking for all day tours. Refunds are not available for this tour.
Tipping Suggestions
• voluntary and individual basis depending on quality of service
• Canadian average $2-$3 per day per escort and per driver

Terrace Platinum grandstand ticket and Return transportation aboard deluxe motor coach
Please note that cancellation and travel insurance is not covered in your package but is strongly recommended for out of province travel. RBC Travel Insurance is available through Queensway Tours at any time. Clients who do not purchase Cancellation or Medical insurance are required to sign and return a Liability Release Form to the office either by mail or on the day of departure.
