The 2012 race season is Martinsville’s 65th Anniversary! The anniversary year will culminate with a grand pre-race celebration before the TUMS Fast Relief 500 on October 28 when the speedway will host many of the old time drivers who raced here for interaction with fans. Also this weekend enjoy a very different race with the Kroger 200, part of the Camping World Truck Series on Saturday, October 27.

3:30 am Board coach at the St. Laurent Mall (In front of East Side Mario’s)
4:00 am Board coach at Queensway Tours Office (1516 Merivale Rd)
We ask everyone to be at your respective pick up point 15 minutes prior to departure.
Stops will be made at the Duty Free and at US Customs.
Meal stops and comfort breaks will be made on our way to Roanoke, Virginia.
8:00 pm Approximate check in to our hotel Hyatt Place Roanoke. Tel (540) 366-4700 www.HyattPlaceRoanoke.com. Enjoy the hotel amenities including fitness center and indoor pool as well as a bountiful hot breakfast every morning. Enjoy the evening on your own. Walking distance to Applebee’s and Flat Rock Grill. Texas Steakhouse and TGI Fridays are across the street. The Valley View Mall is .25 miles from the hotel.

4:30 pm Approximate departure time, after race has finished. We will return to our hotel and the evening is yours on your own.

♦ There is no smoking permitted on the coach.
♦ Regular stops will be made for comfort breaks and meal stops.
♦ Proper ID is required to enter USA – Passport or Canadian Birth Certificate with government issued photo ID. If you fail to have proper ID and are denied access to the USA, you will be left at the border and no refund will be issued.
♦ Tipping for Driver and Escort is voluntary depending on level of service.
Rainout Policy: Should the event(s) be delayed, we will remain at the track until the race ends. If a race is postponed to the following day and cannot be accommodated prior to our scheduled departure time, we will not stay for the race. McCoy Tours will be unable to provide refunds for any unseen event(s).
Reservation Requirements: To make a reservation, we require a 50 % non-refundable deposit per person. The balance will be due in full 60 days prior to departure.
Please note that cancellation and travel insurance is not covered in your package but is strongly recommended for out of province travel. RBC Travel Insurance is available through Queensway Tours at any time. Clients who do not purchase Cancellation or Medical insurance are required to sign and return a Liability Release Form to the office either by mail or on the day of departure.
