You spoke and we listened! Queensway Tours/McCoy Bus Service and Tours is pleased to add Darling Raceway to our 2012 NASCAR Tours. Join us for all the excitement at this track “to tough to tame.” This unique egg shaped track, constructed in the 1950’s so as not to disturb the minnow pond, will play host to the Nationwide Series Darlington 200 on Friday and one of only 13 night races, the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Southern 500 on Saturday.

Thursday, May 10, 2012
3:30 am Board coach at the St. Laurent Mall (In front of East Side Mario’s)
4:00 am Board coach at Queensway Tours Office (1516 Merivale Rd)
We ask everyone to be at your respective pick up point 15 minutes prior to departure.
Stops will be made at the Duty Free and at US Customs.
Meal stops and comfort breaks will be made on our way to Bennettsville, SC.
8:00 pm Approximate check in to our hotel Best Western, Bennettsville (843) 479-1700. The BEST WESTERN Bennettsville Inn offers spaciously-appointed guest rooms, each equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, cable satellite television and free wireless high-speed internet access. Guests will wake each morning to a complimentary continental breakfast featuring homemade waffles. 9:00 am Depart the Hotel and head to the track.
10:00 am Arrival at Darling Raceway. Today enjoy the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Nationwide practice in the morning, qualifying for the Nationwide and Sprint Cup Series in the afternoon and the Darlington 200 under the lights Friday evening. (Seating in Tyler Tower for all events)
9:30 pm Approximate departure time, after race has finished. We will return to our hotel and rest up for another exciting day tomorrow

2:00 pm Arrive at Martinsville Speedway
6:30 pm Driver Introductions & NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Southern 500 (Tyler Tower)

♦ There is no smoking permitted on the coach.
♦ Regular stops will be made for comfort breaks and meal stops.
♦ Proper ID is required to enter USA – Passport or Canadian Birth Certificate with government issued photo ID. If you fail to have proper ID and are denied access to the USA, you will be left at the border and no refund will be issued.
♦ Tipping for Driver and Escort is voluntary depending on level of service.
Rainout Policy: Should the event(s) be delayed, we will remain at the track until the race ends. If a race is postponed to the following day and cannot be accommodated prior to our scheduled departure time, we will not stay for the race. Queensway Tours/McCoy Tours will be unable to provide refunds for any unseen event(s).
Reservation Requirements: To make a reservation, we require a 50 % non-refundable deposit per person. The balance will be due in full 60 days prior to departure .
Please note that cancellation and travel insurance is not covered in your package but is strongly recommended for out of province travel. RBC Travel Insurance is available through Queensway Tours at any time. Clients who do not purchase Cancellation or Medical insurance are required to sign and return a Liability Release Form to the office either by mail or on the day of departure.
