Day One: Thursday, November 22, 2012
3:30 pm Board coach at the St. Laurent Mall (In front of East Side Mario’s)
4:00 pm Board coach at Queensway Tours Office (1516 Merivale Rd)
We ask everyone to be at your respective pick up point 15 minutes prior to departure.
Stops will be made at the Canadian Duty Free and US Immigration. We will make a brief dinner stop then expect a 9:00 – 9:30 pm arrival in Waterloo, N.Y. at the Holiday Inn (315) 539-5011. www.hiwaterloo.com. Settle into our hotel and kick back and relax! Take time to freshen up and enjoy the rest of the evening at the hotel and enjoy the sauna and Jacuzzi if you like! There is complimentary coffee service in the lobby as well as an onsite restaurant – Heritage Café and Buoys Lounge, the nautical themed bar, features billiards, darts and the big screen. NOTE: On arrival the restaurants will be closed. You are welcome to bring food/snacks with you. There is an elevator in the original part of the hotel but not in the new addition where our rooms may be.
OPTIONAL: For true “Shopping Bags!” Midnight Madness at the Premium Outlets: Get a head start on holiday shopping this week-end! Participating stores will open their doors at Midnight right after Thanksgiving on November 22 to kick-off our annual after-Thanksgiving Weekend Sale, featuring early bird specials and savings all week-end long! There will be a shuttle service provided by the hotel from our hotel to the Waterloo Premium Outlets and complimentary hot cocoa and cookies will be available from midnight until 4 am at our hotel! (NOTE: Thanksgiving in the US is on Thursday November 22 and the Friday following is commonly referred to as “Black Friday” which is likened to our “Boxing Day” when prices are drastically reduced for this week-end only. This once a year event is not to be missed for true die-hard shoppers!)

A full American breakfast is included this morning so you will have plenty of energy to get you through the day! Transfers will be provided to The Waterloo Premium Outlets. Optional group dinner tonight if you want to!

Day Three: Saturday, November 24, 2012
Once again, a full American breakfast awaits you before we check out at 9:00 am to travel to Syracuse to check out the week-end specials at the Carousel Mall. www.carouselcenter.com . At 2:00 pm we will see leave Syracuse and travel to Watertown where we expect to arrive at 3:00 pm. You have a choice of either the Salmon Run Mall, Target or NEW in 2012 – The Christmas Tree Shop! We will stay here until 6 pm so you will have time to grab something to eat before we head home. We will stop once at the US Duty Free and Canadian customs to pay duty on any purchases exceeding $400 Canadian. Our expected arrival time back in Ottawa will be 10:00 pm. (Note: for stays over 48 hours, the allowance is $400 CAD of purchases duty free. This includes purchases at the Duty Free.)
Included in your Queensway/ McCoy Tour Package:

Luggage:
Baggage service will be provided. You will receive your luggage tags upon check in prior to departure. Please ensure that you adhere to our baggage policies. Queensway Tours will pay only the portage charges for ONE large suitcase per person. You are responsible for your carry-on baggage.
NOTE:
• A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to departure.
• Refunds are not available within 30 days of travel.
• Regular stops will be made for comfort breaks and meals.
• A valid Canadian Passport or enhanced Driver’s license is required to enter the U.S.A
• For the comfort of fellow travelers, kindly refrain from using scented products (perfume, cologne or hand sanitizer).
• Clients may have to transfer coaches as we have participates joining our tours from all over South Eastern Ontario. The size and style of the shuttle vehicle is dependant on the number of passengers.
• Your Queensway Tour representative is available to assist you in any way possible. Please do not hesitate to contact him/her with any questions or concerns. If you have a problem or complaint about any hotel room or other inclusion on your tour, you must report it to your tour director as soon as possible in order for them to inspect the problem and attempt to have it rectified for you. No complaints will be considered by our office upon return of the trip unless reported to and duly noted by the tour director.
Tipping for driver and escort is voluntary depending on quality of service.
Step-on guides: We provide a standard gratuity to the local guide but if you feel that he/she has given exceptional service you are welcome to offer them something extra on your own.
