Day 1 – Ottawa to New York City

Depart Ottawa early in the morning for New York City arriving at approximately 5:00 -5:30 pm. A special offer to WBN members: Each participant will be given 8 minutes to profile their business to the other participants. We will make a variety of comfort stops enroute, along with serving "refreshments" on board the coach! Enroute to New York your tour director will present you with a NYC Official Guide, map of Manhattan, discount vouchers and additional information

Upon arrival we will check into our Manhattan hotel, The Crowne Plaza, Times Square Manhattan, 1605 Broadway, New York, NY 10019, phone 1-212-977-4000. This centrally located hotel is nestled in the heart of Times Square within easy walking distance of many New York attractions. The 31 storey Crowne Plaza has just undergone an 85 million dollar transformation. The hotel features a full service upscale restaurant, lounge, 24 hour room service, concierge, ATM, hotel shops including a news stand plus a state of the art fitness center with sauna, steam room and a lap pool! Rooms are spacious and feature two double beds, a coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and high speed internet access.

The rest of the evening is free to begin exploring this vibrant city at your leisure. Explore Times Square and/or Rockefeller Plaza, shop Fifth Avenue, dine in one of the many restaurants along 9th Ave., and take in the breathtaking night view from the 86th floor of the Empire State Building or the 70th floor of the Rockefeller Building (Top of the Rock).

Day 2 – New York City

6:30 am - 0830am. Enjoy the buffet breakfast included as part of the tour package.
8:45am. Meet in hotel lobby to begin our coach tour of Manhattan with our local step-on guide. This four hour tour will introduce you to some of New York City's most popular attractions including well known areas such as: Greenwich Village, Chinatown, Broadway, Times Square, Battery Park and the financial district with stop-offs in Central Park, Rockefeller Plaza and viewing of the former Twin Towers site. (Tour route and stops may vary based on road closures or other unforeseen circumstances). Our tour ends with drop-offs near Times Square, or Macy's, a famous department store on 34th St. between 6th & 7th Avenues and very close to the Empire State Building or at the hotel. This afternoon, for those interested, we will have the opportunity to visit a local business. Learn about the challenges of doing business in the United States in their economy. (Details will be made available when confirmed). One of the businesses that is considering allowing us to visit is Selina Optique. Afterwards you are free to explore on your own; the only problem will be deciding what to do from the many available choices. Your tour director is available to offer suggestions and information regarding attractions & sightseeing.

Balance of the day is free to enjoy the excitement of New York City.

11:30pm-01:30am. Party Time! Everyone will meet (room to be announced) to discuss our adventures that day. Only catch is that everyone must wear their pajamas! Make sure you bring some! Light Refreshments will be served!

Day 3 – New York City

6:30am -10:30am. Breakfast at the Hotel. You then have all day to shop or sightsee in Manhattan! Your tour director will have details. If shopping is not on your agenda, possibly visit the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock or take in a Broadway show! The day is yours to enjoy, and your tour director can give you advice on any attraction you may want to visit. Queensway Tours can offer you advice on pre purchase of theatre tickets and Top of the Rock passes.

Day 4 – New York City to Ottawa

6:30 am - 0730am. Enjoy the buffet breakfast included as part of the tour package.
We depart the Big Apple this morning but the excitement does not end here. A stop will be made around 10:00am at the Crossings Premium Outlets. Take advantage of outlet pricing at such great stores as Ann Taylor, Tommy Hilfiger, Cole Hahn, Max Azria and Coach to name a few. Lunch is on your own prior to our 1:00pm departure. Our feature presentation this afternoon is "Be A Control Freak: align your business plan with your marketing plan". We will make a brief stop at Duty Free along with a comfort stop before arriving back in Ottawa early evening.

SEX AND THE CITY HOTSPOTS TOUR – We follow in the footsteps of Carrie & Co. as they conquer New York City!  Drink where they drink, shop where they shop, and gossip where they gossip! There are more than 40 locations on the tour…Have a cupcake at the bakery where Miranda stuffed cupcakes into her mouth. Shop at the Pleasure Chest where Charlotte bought her "Rabbit". Stop at a bar used on Sex and the City. Visit the church where Samantha met "The Friar". Go on location to the gallery in SoHo where Charlotte worked. See the furniture store where Aidan designs his tables and chars. Get a sneak peak of location from the Sex and the City Movie.

All payments will be made to Queensway Tours, 1516 Merivale Road, Ottawa, Ontario K2G 3J6. A $250.00 deposit is required at time of booking. Reservations are first come first served. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash or cheques for your convenience.

Cancellation penalties: Deposit is non refundable. Final payment is non refundable 30 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Insurance protects for cancellations due to medical reasons or death in the immediate family prior to departure, along with Trip Interruption in the event that you must return to your original point of origin prior to the scheduled return.

By declining cancellation insurance at the time of booking you are agreeing that you will not hold Queensway Tours responsible for any monies lost due to cancellation prior to departure or for trip interruption.
